		<description>Awesome article! I completely agree with everything except that losing weight is hard. I found a program that helped me lose 50lbs and it was not hard at all. I truly believe it is the healthiest way possible to lose weight. Lots of diets focus on cutting calories and not actually help a person improve their health. Really when we get healthier our bodies work more efficiently and burn more fat at the same time building more lean muscle and toning up.... all on its own! The key to my success is giving your body the opportunity to be the miracle it was intended to be. If you&#039;d like some info on what I did send me an email shannononeil@kos.net</description>
