I am 19 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to . if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.
